Finale Stage is the last and crucial stage of preparation for your  the RCA submission. Choosing the correct cases to submit to the RCA is of utmost importance. 
Remember the final selection of the 13 cases for submission is the sole responsibility of the trainee and NOT the trainer

Prep stage is when you clearly decide the actions you will take to have a successful RCA submission, Setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals ahead of time is useful and will help in avoiding unnecessary stress .

Drive Stage- focuses on the developing skills that ensures good performance in consultation. Knowing the technics that can be used and all the factors that can determine success is important. Remember mental fatigue can affect performance We have put together pointers that can help you 

Momentum Stage is when candidates reinforce  strength on demonstrating competence in consultation skills.  This requires understanding the Mandatory guidance on case selection.  
Familiarising yourself with any combination of audio, video or face to face consultations is key at this stage.

Stretch Stage is when doctors need to focus on how to produce error-free consultation .
